Here are the keys to the 7 dimensions of professionalism in managing others and in daily work/life:
- Act always with kindness and consideration.
- Know what you know and show discretion and honesty in what you do not
- Work with diligence, accuracy, and be meticulous
- Understand your mission and be loyal to it
- Engage the imagination with piercing vision and optimism
- Show courage, enthusiasm, and emotional fluiency when things may seem chaotic
- Work with others in a atmosphere of grace, presence and forgiveness
If you are present and awake and have love in your heart all situations are workable.
