You can easily capture the https://sunriseranch.freshservice.com location as a bookmark in your Chrome browser by going over to the right of the URL (https thingee above) and there is a star icon, if you click it and say bookmarks bar it puts care desk link on your browser itself.
It is also quite simple to capture the URL for Sunrise Care Desk from your Chrome browser and save it on your computer desktop as a desktop icon if you have Windows operating system (which you do if you aren't using a Mac or a mobile phone).
Here are a couple screen shots on how to do it.
All you need to do, is open your browser, go to https://sunriseranch.freshservice.com then click on the top right Chrome browser menu button, select More Tools and then Save as desktop and give it a name. And viola! you can get back here as quick as lightening from a shortcut on your desktop.
