The Care Desk is not designed for immediate urgent or emergency critical issues since it relies on emails to notify help agents.
A critical, urgent or emergency situation is one in which individuals and/or equipment/physical plant is in danger. These situations may include:

Severe leaks in water or sewer
- Fires
- Floods
- Critical failure of systems, equipment that is halting business activity (down time of critical business systems especially front desk)
- When internet is down no tickets can be handled
- Any situation where people are in harms way
- Heating failures in winter
- Livestock out of enclosures
