The Sunrise Ranch Care Desk born March of 2016, is a place where the Sunrise Ranch community can report the need for care. This is commonly called a help desk or trouble ticket system, but we like to think of our help as generating care and the trouble is just a temporary need for some caring. We at the Care Desk don't want to think of the requesters as 'troubles' or certainly not 'trouble-makers' so we used the term Care Desk.


The Care Desk you are looking at now is provided by a vendor called FreshService, which sounds good for a demonstration center for field to table dinners for retreat and conferences and grass fed beef. 


FreshService also provide the ability for us to record 'solutions' which are bits of knowledge about how we have addressed requests. It is our Knowledge Base and can include resolution to specific concerns but also larger more general information about Sunrise systems, processes, and the creative ways we try to support them.
