Here, attached, are the brochures for the 30 day passports and international day pass which are the two options offered by AT&T for using mobile phone in other countries (not to be confused with calling other countries from the U.S.)
The passports are more cost effective than the $10 per day international day pass.
The day pass covers all calls, text, data whereas the 30 day passport charges $.35/min for calls and has a limit to data ($60 gives you 1GB, $120 gives you 2GB… note the fine print that data overage will be $50 if you exceed the limit – a GB at a time….ouch).
The passports are more cost effective than the $10 per day international day pass unless you are going overseas for less than 6 days - then the international day pass is better. If you going for longer and can be conscious of calls and data, the passports are best.
I usually use the passport for $60 when I travel overseas, myself.
