If staff are already on AT&T they do not have to pay off their device installments - that would move to the ranch responsibility if they are coming to ranch account. Paying off device would only apply if staff are with another provider.

1) If moving from personal AT&T account to Sunrise Account:

a. Staff needs to call in to authorize Sunrise to take financial responsibility of their number

  must also RELEASE the NUMBER for a transfer of phone number.

* Staff calls  888 444 4410 and authorizes move from AT&T personal account to Sunrise (Transfer of Billing Responsibility)

        > Have your phone number available

        > Account number and PIN

        > Emissaries FAN # might be asked for it is : 02365266

        > Sunrise business name is actually 'Emissaries'

* IT will then call 800 999 5445 or 888-898-7685 or 877 971-6092 (AT&T transfers of billing responsibility)

        > IT needs your current phone number assumes you want to keep that number

        > FAN# 02365266

        >last 4 digits of billing #

        > This is a ToBR: Transfer of Billing Responsibility

        > At this point IT should have the group # for the new phone to be added (use the 120GB group till full)

       NOTE: if the staff porting the number and billing has an installment plan the ranch begins to pay that installment.

2) If moving from another provider to Sunrise Account:

a. Provide the AT&T rep (ask IT dept) with the following

i. Account holders name

ii. Account holders full SSN (we have to get that via phone not through email)

iii. Billing address

iv. Passcode if applicable

v. Phone number we are porting

*In this case the customer would have to pay off their contract but they don’t do that until we port the number as porting the number cancels their service with their previous provider.

 

  • Staff should have the Emissaries account name, an associated phone for emissaries and a line number to vacate/overwrite (the other number goes on that line) AND the following XXX112 pin number
  • If no line number is available to overwrite a new line will be established at $20 to $25 per month (bad)

IMPORTANT: On pre-paid accounts these calls will not work because pre-paid won't transfer directly only personal/business lines transfer directly so Cricket and other prepaid need to be converted to an AT&T personal account AT A RETAIL STORE

With the international calling AT&T could add the international day pass on any account so when a staff member travels to Canada it would just be an extra $10 per day added to the account during the travel.
