- On your google calendar, click the cogwheel icon in upper right
- Select "Settings" from the list
- In upper left, under "Calendar Settings", click "Calendars" tab
- Look for the "Admin. Board Room" calendar
- Click the "Show in List" checkbox to the right of the calendar name
- Click "Back to Calendar" and see if "Admin. Board Room" is listed on left side
