IT has a storage area for printer ink cartridges and many of the larger production multi-function printer/copiers have large toner cartridges that are often near the production printer location.


So you can certainly create a care desk ticket and IT will help you out.

If you are in a relatively remote location on campus, please let us know and IT will order and set up a storage of these in or near your location.


Also if you get an error on 'Susie' the Front Desk Printer "Scanner Misfeed Detected"  10.0.0.10 that is a paper jam for that printer.

Follow the instructions to clear the jam or contact IT.
