Conference group meal times: (may vary)

NON-COMMUNITY MEALS

When community members take food during these meals, there is not enough for our guests. This creates more work for the kitchen, affecting kitchen inventory and more.

Non-community meals:

Tuesday Dinner

Friday Dinner

Saturday Lunch

Sunday Dinner

Community members approved to attend non-community meals:

People scheduled on dishes

Front desk staff working that day

Kitchen staff

Host

Gift shoppe staff working that day

Seniors: Annie, Dawn, Dorian and Leanna

  • · This excludes children of those approved to attend.

MEAL PORTIONS

These items directly affect the community and our conference guests. Please consider this area as ways we can best support and care for each other.

  • · Please be mindful of portion sizes so everyone can enjoy at least 1 portion.

o Parents, please monitor children when going through the line to help them with portion sizes.

  • · Wait until 30 minutes after the line is opened before returning for a second portion. This allows those just arriving to have their portion of all options.
  • · Before getting seconds, please ask the line host if there is enough for seconds and if it is time.

MEETING SPACES

  • · Food and drinks are not allowed in any of our meeting spaces or The Dome.
  • · You may bring a bottle of water that has a tight sealing lid but no other drinks.
  • · Please clean your shoes or boots prior to entering all buildings. This assists with the cleanliness of our common spaces.

PAVILION DISHES

  • DO NOT take the plates or any other dishes, including cutlery, from the Pavilion

o To-go cups, boxes and cutlery are available for your convenience. Ask the line host for details.

  • · Return all Pavilion dishes.

o The kitchen recently purchased all new matching plates and many of those have gone missing. They are needed to be fully stocked for our community meals and for our conference groups.

ACCOMMODATIONS

  • · Rimrock Cafe is stocked with food supplies for our conference guests only.

o Filling out the grocery order form is the way to get the food supplies you need.

  • · The Accommodations Building is for our conference guests.

o Please only go into the Accommodations Building if you have specific Ranch business and do not use it as an area to commune.

o The Pavilion Livingroom is a perfect location to connect and relax.

Thank you for your consideration of these items as ways to care for our community, its members and conference guests as family, so we can all have a creative and enjoyable experience.
