Following is a document describing the features of the Citrix Sharefile for Sunrise Ranch which can be accessed if you have the proper username and password. There are 5 users with these special permissions for IT, Meda, Websites, EDL Education and Admin. Each user has a unique password and emnet.org email address. For more information contact IT (use the care desk ticket to request access).
There is also a Sunrise Ranch training video available by request. Fill out a help desk request form and we will send you the ShareFile link to that video.
The attached file is a very detailed outline of the features of the tool from Citrix we call the Cloud Sharefile to distinguish from the shared folders inside the Sunrise Ranch network (also known as the CRC Share).
The employee/agent level users described here can request or send a file or access to a folder to anybody with an email address and also create 'client level' users that can upload and download to specific folders.
